With over two decades of experience, Sharmila is a trained Leader / Potential Leader Assessor and Trainer for organizations that are strengthening their bench strength and succession plans.

Prior to branching off to run her own consulting practice she spent most of her career within the realm of both strategic human resource consulting and as well as HR operations.

In her previous role at Aon (previously known as Hewitt Associates), Sharmila led Human Resource for ASEAN which included Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.

Sharmila was also a senior consultant within the Talent & Leadership practice at Aon. As a senior consultant, Sharmila worked with various clients across differing industries and countries to help enhance their high potential and leadership development programs to meet their respective strategic succession plans for the business. She has deep experiences in development and assessment centers - conducting behavioural based interviews and various types of assessments for global, multinational and Malaysian companies . Furthermore, she has conducted numerous development and training programs for high potentials and management teams in the areas of leadership development.

She has coached key senior management teams, individually and collectively for performance and synergies.

Before embarking her human capital journey with Aon, Sharmila was a change management consultant with Accenture helping clients with process and business enhancements speared by information technology.

Sharmila graduated from University Malaya with a Bachelor in Economics and a Masters in Science from London School of Economics. She is accredited with the British Psychological Society (Level A&B) permitting her to administer and interpret various organizational psychology tools . Furthermore, she is also accredited in the Life-Style Inventories, Hogan, Facet 5, Talegent suite of tools and Saville Personality Profiling tool (Wave) as well as the Competency Based Interviewer (CBI) certification (Psy Asia International).

Prashant Chadha

Prashant brings over two decades of People & Business Transformation experience in both a consulting & operations role focusing on achieving business results through people. He has extensive multi-industry experience in leading large People/ Business advisory projects; and complex transformation initiatives. This includes Government Linked Companies, Conglomerates and MNCs, as well as advising SMEs aspiring to shift to their next phase of growth.

Prashant has extensive experience in Board and Executive advisory focused on developing strategies for both steady and innovative growth. Over the last decade Prashant has advised Boards and Leadership teams that are on a journey towards defining their identity as an employer of choice, through a variety of business aligned people and innovation programs.

He is an Executive Coach & Assessor for leaders and new board members in diverse scenarios e.g. succession, progression, shift in business direction, external selection etc.

He successfully led three consulting firms with a focus on Malaysia , as well as Brunei and Philippines . He has also played the role of Chief Commercial Officer for ASEAN . Prior to relocating to Malaysia, he was based in Canada as well as India working on a cross spectrum of consulting initiatives within the country and respective regions (e.g. Middle East, LATAM etc.).

He frequently speaks at public forums on diverse themes around People Strategy and Future of work, leveraging areas of expertise that include Transformation, Leadership & Top Teams, People Strategy, Employee Experience, Inclusive Leadership, People alignment with Business for both established and M&A environments.

He has played the role of Faculty for multiple leadership development programs, to build future oriented and relationship driven leaders across the region.

Prashant has a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Amity Business School, India and a Master of Business Administration from University of East London, UK.
